-This is the food pyramid, in it you can see the food that you  need to have a healthy diet.

-Down are situaded cereals, pasta, rice ... and next legumes and derivatives, all this you must take between 6 to 11 servings per day.
Above are the fruits and vegetables you should take between  3 to 5 servings per day.
Then there's the meatsthe fish, and dairy products you should take between 2 to 3 servings per day.
To end, the sweets, that you must take it only sometimes.
